Enlarging HP bars?

Greetings

Where would I find an UI skin that has larger HP bars? I really dislike having to look at the tiny bars (1920x1080) and too often reacting late so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dang, I am starting to get a bad feeling. Maybe its just not possible since noone has replied yet.

you are correct, unfortunately skins have no ability to control the size or layout of the UI elements. we've been asking for this for quite some time but as yet nothing has changed sorry.

But what the ..... thats one extremely horrible developer decision to leave out such a key feature of the UI. I could understand something like that back in 1999 when I started EQ1 - but in 2012? /baffled
