I like that idea. Run a month long lotto before the release of the Expansion and give away 20 copies per server.

Other prizes for this lottery could be a supreme +4 tome, 200 epic tokens, an epic RoSS etc. I think having it limited to one winner per server once a year is not game breaking and adds some extra excitement to the lottery. You could also have a plat entry for this super lottery or even a tp entry!!!
