That's a little harsh for what amounts to a little puffery from an immature kid. Give 'im a little slap and be on your way. Ban? Jeez.

OK, put into the penalty box, sin-bin, however you want to describe a boys-will-be-boys non perma-ban.

Not as serious as impersonating the police (or GM's) but threatening to do the equivalent when they are in no position to warrants some action.

Pff, a kid that threatens to call the GM on you. I had that happen on a persistent world on NWN too. Strangely, his mouth gathered a foot after I logged off and logged on my GM there.

That was a big oops moment for him. Didn't take any further action though. Turned out to be a great guy a few years later.
