On-hit effects such as sneak attack and Ravager's Cut very strongly favor TWF, seeker effects strongly favor TWF.

Since ravager procs on both main attacks and glancing blows the benefit for ravager is fairly minimal. 7 average dmg x 1.8 for twf or 7 * 1.75 for thf = .35 dmg per hit difference.

No it doesn't get Keen, it just has an exceptional crit range. IC: Slashing still applies.
