Drop rate on Garos Malice base item? Better on hard or elite or normal?

Such a pain to farm. Anyone got any idea if this thing drops more on normal, hard or elite?

It literally took me 29 times to get my second one. I'm not sure of the drop rate, but I soloed on every difficulty to see where it dropped most. Pulled mine out of elite.

Probably have a lot better luck with a 6-man team, probably 3 or 4 minutes a run.

It's a post-Mindsunder quest, and just about all of those have increased drop rates on higher difficulties (but not always on epic).

With some of the gating areas where you can't just run through it. I'm sitting around 7-8 minutes as "decent".

I've been tossing out LFMs, but unsurprisingly, they aren't that popular ;-)
