Challenges xp question

Kobold Chaos is just an example -- questions apply to all challenges.

According to http://ddowiki.com/page/Kobold_Island:_Kobold_Chaos you get 150 xp per level, so 600 xp at level 4.

1. Is this per star?
2. Do you get same amount or less when you do the challenge again?
3. If later you do it at say, level 6 do you get full 900 xp?
4. How much xp do you get if you run Kobold Island below your level (say, level 4 on a level 5 toon)?

This is my understanding of how the XP for challenges works:

1. The 150xp per level is the base for the quest. You get an additional static bonus for every star completed (including the first, i.e., completion.)

2. The base XP is not reduced for repetition. The bonuses for star objectives are, much in the same way that rare encounters are. The first time you earn a certain number of stars, you get the full bonus. After that, you get a reduced bonus, but it doesn't continue to decline - you get the same amount on the second and fiftieth completion. It does not matter which stars you get, only how many. So if you had previously completed two stars, then run the quest and get four, you would get the reduced bonus for stars 1 and 2 and the full bonus for stars 3 and 4.

3. Yes, you always get the full base XP, which increases on higher difficulties.

4. Running the quest under level gives a percentage penalty, much like in normal quests, although the amount differs. For example, running at 2 levels under gives -15% XP.
