Default Lord of Blades Strategy help

Our guild has added this raid to our daily schedule and I was wondering about a few things and would like some solid information about this raid...
    1. Pillars - during 1st phase, If i was to bring any of the pillars down to 25% HP, will it stay that way throughout the raid till final phase? (at which time all to be brought down quicker)

    2. Does any1 know what all types of damage the pillars can take to maximize damage output?
So far i have noticed Fire and sonic work.

    3. Is there any certain spells or tactic for the quori at the end phase that will kill, instakill, or CC them quickly?
The 4 red names i know cant be instakilled ofc.
Without knowledge comes uncertian assumptions ( and we know what happens when we assume what we do not know)

Huge helper for pillars: use prismatic ray. ~1/7 chance of instant killing the pillar, and can easily and cheaply be scrolled.
Pestilence: Wruntjunior ~ Dragonborn Fire Sorc (finished completionist project) // Wruntarrow ~ HW Archer // Youngwrunt ~ SWF SDK Bardbarian // Wruntstaff ~ Stick Melee (current tr project)

Question 1 is answered by another Artificer in our guild.
"Yes you can take out the bottom part of each pillar that becomes active during each phase, it will not reset to full health and will not have to be re-destroyed at end phase". (Top part unknown but will test this option on next guild raid nite)

The Phase 1 pillars do not need to be killed at all, but IMO it is a very good idea to do so before pushing LOB under 40%. Many a death is caused by having someone unable to come to the middle during Rain of Blades because they have the aftereffects of a Forge buff.

IIRC the Pillars don't really resist much at all, damage wise.
    I don't have a zerging problem.

    I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.

As far as the pillars themselves being taken out as you stated Sirgog, I know what I'm about to say might shock some people, it might not, I have watched Shade's LoB raid video on how that they take care of this. It is a good strategy video that I have shared with our guild on Orien. It works. Granted this video is from a tank's POV but its very nicely done and good quality, TY shade.

Assign a certain 3-4 people (healers, caster/cc) a rotation on the pillar buff and have them near it at all times if possible so:
    1. It reduces the chance of Mr. meanie doesnt have a chance to get it.
    2. It can be utilized by the Main Tank as well when able.

Far as the first 4 Pillars, I always have three of the four destroyed, top and bottom, and the bottom of the fourth.

It's totally true, I have a reliable source. You better reroll now.
