    Default Name change went through than reverted!

    I made a name change on one of my toons, once I logged back in it showed up correctly (this was yesterday). Today I log in and she has the old name, but I can still send mail to the old name.

    It's extremely annoying and I actually paid real money for this "feature". Also, the in-game support page is nothing but black so I can't report anything from that toon.

    I moved the thread to the Tech forums due to the issue you are having with submitting an in-game ticket. For that particular issue, you may want to contact the Technical support team directly using the link in my signature.

    Since the name change was purchased in the DDO Store, you may want to actually contact the Account Management team directly. Most of the times when it something with the Store, its best to contact them first. Again, you can use the information in my signature to contact that team directly. Both teams will be happy to help you

    If the help page is showing up as nothing but a black screen, I'd ask what happens if you go into windowed mode using "Alt" and "Enter" then exit out and come back into the game (still in windowed mode) and test the help menu again.

    After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
