Give eShatterbow a Red Augment Slot!

It's the only epic weapon without a red slot! Why? How?

Give it the slot it deserves, please. It's embarassing when an "epic" item does worse than a ML14 lootgen item in an endgame quest (LoB). I'm not even sure what purpose the weapon's supposed to serve as it is now. Forget about the fact that it gained little compared to its non-epic ML7 version; at least let it break DR.

The eShatterbow is just one of many epic items in Fens that could use a look. But with time being a precious commodity these days in light of upcoming additions to the game, giving the bow a red augment like other epic weapons would hardly seem like a time-consuming update, that only makes sense to do.
