Took survey, didn't receive points

On 12/10/2011 I received an email from Turbine advertising that if I participated in a survey I would receive 500 turbine points. I took the survey, and completed it, but however never received the turbine points.

Where are my points?

Sounds like you got scammed. Are you sure it was *really* from Turbine?

I don't think Turbine have offered points like that since the Offer Wall debacle.

And yes, we all still remember the Offer Wall, Turbine.

What the two above posters said. I don't ever remember Turbine doing anything like this, so it was probably a scam.

We did have a survey that offered Turbine Points if you finished. Skinned, you will want to contact the Account Management team if you have not received them. They will be happy to help you
