Wrack Construct not working against LoB; bug??

So I've made a bug report and am reposting this thread here to try to get this issue the attention that it needs.

Is wrack construct not working against LoB a bug? Is it WAI?

As it stands there is basically no incentive for an epic LoB group to take a rogue. Please fix this bug.
