    Default Spells not disappearing

So we ran the new quest and I had cast a bard's version of the Axer package (FOM, inspire courage, rage, inspire competence, etc) and even though the timers ran down they didn't disappear. If I cast them again they showed up a second time. When we left the quest they were all set to zero and did not disappear. I'll post an image later.

The first rule of the trashcan guild is expect to die...
    There is no second rule.

This bug used to be very common when using 'Masters Touch'. I wonder if they've reintroduced it somehow.

If I remember rightly, the fix was to change the spell such that it did not expose the race condition which
    gives the symptoms you see.

    Cool

We are aware of the issue, thank you! =D
404error shows up in dev tracker. He may not be a developer by job title, but 'dev' is easier to type than 'Miscellaneous Official Turbine Representative'.
