This has been added to the crafting recipes but I was wondering if anyone has confirmed whether or not the effect has been fixed yet so that it actually does something?

I can confirm it does work as "good DR bypasser" and i've seen reports that "to-hit" works.

What is the potential bonus on this for crafting? Is it +1? I only ask cause I want to upgrade a item I made in House C challenges, and I need to plan it out carefully so I have a good item instead of a piece of junk.
