Questions regarding Manyshot

I have a TWF Barb I'm looking to TR as I'm not thrilled with his DPS.

One of the builds I was toying around with was the ranger12/Barb6/Fighter2 tempest II/Berserker 1/2 Elf Rogue Dilly


Because of the ranger levels I get the Full TWF line for free, so I was thinking of dumping Dex. This will be a 36 Pt toon so stats would be something like:

One of the major draws for me to this build is the added burst DPS from manyshot.

My concern is that with dumping dex I will lose too much "to hit" that manyshot will instead become a DPS loss overall.

Questions:
1. Can I get away with dumping Dex and still gain from Manyshot?
2. At what Dex(endgame)can I reliably hit trash mobs with a full BAB?
3. At what Dex could I reliably hit High AC mobs such as epic Bloodplate?

If you dump dex you won't be hitting much with a bow period. I'm not positive, but I think end game Elite will require a DEX of about 30ish+ to hit a lot.

Thanks for the reply, but I kind-of already knew that. I guess the question i'm asking is; what is the Min Dex requirement to make Manyshot worthwhile?

I don't mind investing in Dex if it will improve my DPS but I don't want to end up spending 8 build points for a 5% increase to hit with a bow as I will only be using it for manyshot.

Brain fart: rogue Dilly requires 13 Dex so new stats would likely be:

You also need DEX 13 for D/M/SA feats (Tempest pre-reqs).
