The challenge items for lvls 8-16 that have craftable +x on the live servers have lost that on the display for tier 3 on Lammia. Tier 2 looks the same but when you look at the tier 3 upgrade it shows

Effects Removed
Upgradable - Tier2:

Effects Added
Upgradable - Tier3:
Binds to account on acquire
BINDS THIS ITEM TO THE CURRENT CHARACTER

There is no mention of the craftable +3 being added to lvl 16 items. They all just list that the effect "Upgradable - Tier2:" is being removed and that "Upgradable - Tier3:" is being added.

Character copies failed so I can't test if its actually working like it should or not.

Thought someone should be told.
