that's just korthos char + 200k xp. no TR, no other fancy stuff. just so you can "skip" beginning part whenever you want to make new character.

I can see how this change will make me buy another character slot - i attained 3k favor on Sarlona, and i already filled my char slots there, and I'm not very interested in playing on other servers - thus, if I'll ever want to roll another character, I'll need a char slot for it; and then i'll be able to start right at level 7 :3.

anyway, 3.5k favor mark seems to be more reasonable choice, as we have 400 - 1000 - 1750 - 2500 rewards scheme.

They should make then improved veteran status: can open hard difficulty quests and master veteran status: can open elite difficulty quests.

Would be lame to have a level 7 toon who must do kortos quests x3 times, don't you agree?

No you need a level 7 toon to get the VetII statis

I think vet 1 is unlock able at 2k some odd favor. So ud get 1 before 2.

As far as ddo store. No idea.

Vet 1 is 1k total favor or 995TP from the store. And still not sure if Vet 1 is needed.

Vet II is 1495 TP in the store I t rather nice though, As for Vet i being needed not sure really..

Some of the vet 2 gear layouts is nice - I like how monks get the ring of trollish regeneration (not that it is overly good.. but its a novelty to have)

The boots are a welcome addition for a new toon as well, +10% striding straight off the boat? yes please

Gear varies, looks like vet 1 layout with a few nice upgrades (you still get class appropriae korthos gear)

I still would have liked the ability to leave the boat whenever you so choose....ie. Lvl 6

Monks get +3 handwraps and all the others get +2 shock weapons WHY?

Also when i put boots on my monk I get +0 to movement speed and every time a monster comes you get a debuff with movement speed WHY?

If that's the stand alone price I think that's fine but it SHOULD be cheaper for people who have Vet 1...if Vet 1 IS required than that price is too high.

Just bought Vet 2 status on Lamma and created a new character (was goin to play around with Wiz12/ftr6/rogue2). I do not have Vet 1 (at least teh store gave me the option to buy it and the characters I have on lamma do not have the favor) and when I logged in with my new character it did not send me to the boat but instead to Korthos. It would be nice to know if I need Vet 1 to get teh Vet 2 bonus, as this is what it appears to be.

didn't know if this is WAI but I will be filing a Bug erport Just in case
