Default Game time and Server Downtime alert

    1) add in-game command \time, which shows the time, for example:
    command: \time
result: 3:30 PM Eastern (-5 GMT)

    2) when we see Server Downtime alert show how much time left too, for example:
The DDO Game Servers will be brought down on Friday, January 27 from 2:30 - 3:30 PM Eastern (-5 GMT) for maintenance. You have 24 min left. Thanks for your patience, and we'll see you back in the game soon!

I'm still wondering why they can't/won't add timestamps to the chat window...
    It would solve the problem.

We would know the time and when there's a downtime world annoucement it would also ( by simple maths ) give us how long we have before it gets down.

Lotro has this neat /servertime command which helps tremendously.
