    Default Challenge Question - Please Help...

    So if I upgrade my Level 16 Elemental Greataxe to Tier 3 to make it craftable will I lose those effects when I upgrade to Level 20?

    Yes, you should get the plain level 20 base item. Otherwise it would be some kind of overpowered if you upgrade it to epic t3 again.

    Yes. What the system technically does is destroy your existing item and give you a new one.

    Only upgrade the tiers if you 1) love to grind ingredients or 2) Are able to make the level you are happy with for the long term.
