That's one solution I guess, but really with no relevant vampire mobs the silver part will only be used to beat devil DR, and the weapon seems to be anti-undead themed. Silver (and other material) arrows are much more trivially obtained than elemental/aligned/bane arrows in any large quantities.

It's an epic axe my dwarf uses. That makes it an epic dwarven axe!

    More seriously, I stand corrected. It's a battle-axe.

Some of the items are not very well designed.

The sleep effect on the Doublecross Bow is almost useless. Since it is a light repeater that fires bursts of 3 bolts, if you somehow do succeed in putting something to sleep, there's a 66% chance there's another bolt coming in the current burst, waking them up. If it is the last bolt of the burst, you have to be FAST and watching EVERY SHOT to stop attacking before you wake them up with the next burst.

The Fury of the Flame is made of steel with adamantine added as an attribute? Why not just make it from adamantine in the first place? It's not as if it's a ranged weapon where you need the attribute to apply it to the ammunition.

For Templar's Justice/Retribution, the "Godly Wrath" is probably going to turn out to be Useless Wrath. Remember the Fang of Siberys, with the Peals of Thunder effect, the one that goes off so seldom you can never stack it twice, let alone 3 times, even when dual wielding them?

Look at it this way: When the mobs go asleep for a fraction of second, you get a free crit.

I want DDO to be a better game. Those are my personal suggestions on: Ammunition, Archmage, Combat Stances, Deities, Dispel Magic, Epic Destiny Map, Fast Healing, Favor, Favored Enemy, Half-elf Enhancements, Monk Kensai, Monk Stances, Past Life, Potency, Potions, Ranger Spells, Summons, Tiered Loot.

Not quite a crit, +50% damage. But that is a very good point.

That would be great, except that it's a Bastard Sword, which needs a feat to be proficient to use. Paladins are feat starved and already lagging behind other melee classes.

However, the Templar Justice appears to be what any TWF Dwarf Paladin (or even non-paladin) wanted after all these years.

    Default Templar's bastion

We can deduce what the EPIC templar's bastion will be since we already know the stats of the epic docent.
    It makes no sense.
This armor is way too close to the "Epic Full Plate of the Ringleader"

PLEASE DEVs , give it different properties.

There won't be any news until they release a new version of the lamannia build, because as of now, there's only a single quest available and it doesn't give an epic chest at the end.

Since wraps are not considered 'weapons' unless they change it specifically to work.
    I highly doubt it.

But there is already an item on live that gives the same benefit,
Ring of lies from reaver's fate.
And it can even be upgraded to improved deception.

How is this a big question? Necklace goes to shintoa cord unless you have a very persuasive reasoning not to want +2 hit/damage that actually works work handwraps... (shintoa set)

It's an important question if you're a Rog19/Monk1 fighting a boss with aggro. But it's something that could already be tested on live using the Ring of Lies, which also provides Deception on jewelry.

depends on your definition of 'monk' then, a monk splash is something different from a monk in my opinon, but yeah, it has it's niche uses on splash builds. A ring though is, in most cases, easier to swap out then a necklace, so the shintoa set can be maintained by swapping in the ring of lies... guess it depends on preference also.
