Ran again after the update. Dialogues helped. The entry room where you politely wait for the cultists to finish their discussion is a little jarring - it takes forever for them to notice the PC / Gnommon and become killable.

The map is nice, although the thick white lines seemed a little over-done.

I was doing in on normal with a lev 20 toon with decent gear - I can't comment on the fights or the difficulty. If the cultist HP had gone up, I didn't notice.

The treasure bags dropped by the skeletons are still not susceptible to pickup, but the skeletons seemed to be harmed by positive energy (I think - I was trying to hit one with a scroll before my summons and my hireling killed them all). Thanks for that if true.

All in all, a good fun quest. Considering the difficulty the XP felt about right. Considering the time the quest takes, well the zergers will be looking elsewhere anyway.

After rerunning the quest today with an overpowered level 18 character.
Had two dogs spawn in the wall in the first fight, Gnommon and Dryden run back to the starting position and stayed there. (Had to pull out a throwing weapon to kill the dogs.)

The XP is close to being Okay, not to make it a zergers paradise but to make it repeatable for the masses. A small bump to say 5750 would add over about 1100 XP after bonus applied and put it on many peoples list of adventured they don't mind repeating a couple of times. Roughly 10000 for 20 to 30 minutes on Normal. (Yeah you can zerg through it faster but that is not what I am talking about.)

The map doesn't quite match the layout and I spent time looking for hidden room where there were none and it show hidden rooms where they are. In my opinion it needs a little love.

The point of a couple of the side rooms isn't appearant.

As stated elsewhere I found the difficulty of the base mobs on pair for the level, but the bosses and the mini bosses seemed a little easy.

I ran on Hard, again with the slightly over powerer level 18 character, to be honest I am not sure the difficulty scaled properly for me. While I took a little more damage (40 Store bought Pots compared to 18 on Normal) the only real increased challenge I saw was the Khyber Jaralths. If it wasn't for the continual knockdown factor...

The Rakshasa Gnommon I think has a script problem he kept cycling back to Divine Punishement stand there and then it is "hey lets try this again" time, stand there even when there is no line of sight to the Character.
Karas needs some attention on both Normal and Hard. Originally he was a lot tougher than the rest of the quest, but as the difficulty scaled up in the quest his AC and HP and Damage all seemed to be scaled back. So much so I am not sure he is the toughest bad guy in the quest.

Been away from the game for about 3-4 months, occasionally reading the forums. Saw these were up so tried them.

This one was boring, sorry. Been with this game from the very beginning and love it but was getting kind of burned out.. Haven’t run anything in months and this one felt just like I’d never left.

Art was the same, I could’ve been in any dungeon. Objectives were the same – just go in and kill everything with the occasional traps interspersed. I’m not major on loot, but I am on fun and this one wasn’t. Just same ol’, same ol’. I haven’t missed anything…

Glad it’s still under development so there is hope.

Ran this again post update, on Epic difficulty.

It's still at the easier end of Epic difficulty quests, despite the additional traps that have been added. The Cultists remain very weak but do seem to do a smidgen more damage.

Karas remains an absolute terror in melee (one of his swings hit me for 141), but he did not have any way to deal with my kiting, nor any way to even capitalize on the mistakes I made when kiting. I really don't expect people will 'tank' him at all in his current form, with him doing about the same DPS in melee as the Epic Lord of Blades.

Still no proper Epic chest (although the end chest does drop shards). IMO this quest is worth 30-50 Epic Dungeon Token fragments.

Oh and the map is a big improvement.

Default New To Lamannia heres my thoughts

Level 20 monk on elite-Way too easy. A couple of Gotcha moments would have been nice. I agree with prior posters that the dogs were more troubling than anything else. Found myself thinking " If I was on my caster this would be kinda sad."
Level 20 Wiz on elite- Kinda sad
There is a lot of potential for this quest to be a really good time.

Not really anything I can add that has not been said in prior posts. All in all the suggestions I have read seem to have hit the nail right on the head, in particular the end fight was IMHO needs to be addressed, if this is the on ramp for the road to level 25, then it will be a short drive indeed.

Now on to my thoughts of Lamannia: I came here expecting to find high caliber players, from reading posts I know your out there. So far everyone I met is more interested in PvPing than anything else. Saw a group of 20s and thought "Alright!! now we can get down to business". Instead what I got was 2 Pali's. level 20 with 350ish hp and I ended up playing babysitter instead of paying attention to the quest like I should have

Lama is infested with players that seem to not have live accounts at all and just play on Lama and get the free XP and items from devs as well as the virtual VIP access you have there. Several of these types were asking Devs in the live events to drop large amounts of greensteel mats and other things unrelated to the test events.

The server needs more frequent wipes (once character copy is fixed) to get rid of those types. IMO weekly or fortnightly character wipes would do the trick.

Had a couple of 'not being able to interact and use weapons' moments in there.
just after i got in part 2 and implodes all 3 there
and just after finishing the quest

Ran back to part 1 and then got into part 2 to fix it.
Later thought this is simular what rarely happens on life and i should have had done a tumble to fix.
