Western Union money transfers are not a form of payment Turbine can use. Credit cards, pre-paid cards, gift cards are types of payment you can put on your account. For more information on that, you may want to look at this sticky.

For Turbine Points, we also have PayPal as an option. Some game stores also have Point Cards. For more information on Point Cards, you may want to look at this sticky.

For character undeletes, you can now use Turbine Points. The amount is in this sticky.
