Question Player Stats for Logitech G19 LCD Support

I am designing a layout for the G19 keyboard's mini LCD. I want it to show Player health, magic, ki, zone location etc.. Is there a way to dump this information to a log file in real-time or perhaps some scripting magic I could use. I could search for the addresses in memory with various tools (such as T-search), but I was warned I may get banned for attempting that. Will I get banned if I try this on my own? Or do you guys/gals have a better alternative? The built-in profile from the Logitech software is already pulling the health and magic numbers so I know it's possible, but it is in black and white text only. I want to design a nice color layout with graphics. Any suggestions?

From what I understand about this (and that's admittedly somewhat small), support for the G19 is built into a game using the Logitech SDK. It may be profile driven but I think the hooks still need to be provided by the game developers. You could try cracking open the profile definition to see if there's any information to be had there.

Sorry I couldn't give you a better answer.

Thanks. I imagined that might be the case. Maybe someone else will give me an answer on whether memory reading is a ban-able offense. I can write my own app and poll the memory locations for the relative data, I just don't want to get banned if the client thinks I'm trying to cheat.
