hello,on 20/01/2012 i won a lottery for a true reicarnation heart with one of my characters named Zalien who is deleted weeks ago.
in his place i have created a new toon with the name Zaea Protecta.
even though i delete the Zalien he won the lottery in place of Zaea.
is there a way to get my reward with the new toon or with another toon of my account.
let me say again that the character was already deleted and then won the lottery..not vice versa.
