When I log into my game, it runs fine, no prompts as to what's wrong with it. However, it's unplayable in its current state, due to this problem I'm having. Every tooltip, piece of UI, and even the options are scrambled in a way that I have no idea how to fix. I would appreciate any advice on how to fix this. I have a screenshot of the problem, but currently don't know how to show it to anyone, as I don't see an option for attaching images to this post. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and still hasn't helped. Please get back to me with any advice you may have. If you think you may know how to help, PM me and I will send you a picture of the screenshot.

Here's the problem I'm having. This happens in the character screen, when I click options. Happens during character creation, on any of the tooltips. And happens in game like crazy, even in the options. Help please?
