DirectX 11 not working... ?

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I can't find any information about this anywhere. I've done everything I could to figure out why this won't work but there's nothing I can do.

I have a Radeon HD 6770 and according the the DirectX Diagnostic Tool I have DirectX 11. In DDO graphics options "Graphics Hardware Level" is disabled and using DirectX 9. Is there anything I can do make DDO recognize DX11 and get this working?

If this is what I think it is, it pops up every now and again. You will need to repair your installation of DX. I will try to find you a thread where they had a link.
