    Default Log in fail

    help, each time i try to log into the game i get this error:
    Web Error while accessing the datacenter:
    http://gls-auth.ddo.com/GLS.Authserver/Service.asmx

    then if it hit details it says certificate information :

    There's usually an underlying system issue with this one that can require some troubleshooting in some instances that's easier via the support portal than via the forums.

    I would recommend following up on Thokal's recommendation of submitting the request because they can get more in-depth that way than via postings.

    After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
