Acrobat ToD set

So I pulled this ring and thought the -2 AC might be useful situationally.

I tried it on Abbot but couldn't see the debuff when I examined him.
Does it work?
Is it rare?
Did I just not see it?

Any help appreciated!

I've NEVER seen it proc (used the set for over a year on my Monk along with Shintao) and as soon as I got my Epic Ring of the Stalker up to Tier 3, I put Morah's Band in the bank.

It's a weapon only effect, no kung fu monks allowed.

its trash. The effect MIGHT happen 1% of the time or less, and afaik, it does not stack with destruction(or it did not before they changed destruct)

If they altered it to give the same effect as 'unbalancing strike' and increased the proc to 5% or so, THEN that set would be just amazing to use, but currently, as it is, its just absolute trash. get the belt, love the belt, but don't bother with the set ;(

edit and yes, doesn't work with unarmed or ranged.

Would rather the Unbalancing effect be an trip effect with no save than -2 ac. Or the set bonus give more action boosts. The -2 ac that doesn't stack is beyond useless. The +30 jump clicky is pretty useless to acrobats as well since they won't remove the jump hard cap. Its only good for toons that didn't max jump or can't cast the jump spell. Its very useful just not to acrobats lol.

This has to be the case, as my Acrobat Set procked quite a bit when I was playing some PvP with a guild mate, they were wondering what I was doing to unbalance them. *Evil Laugh*
