just a s a note, and im not sure if it was a stealth chance cuz all his 'DIPS CALCS' don't figre in the 1/3 'base' dmg that is applied to your main target in the form of glancing blow, if u do 30 dmg base, 10 more is added ontop of that as a glancing blow(if u do not move when u swing) with THF, im not sure when it was changed, but I defiantly notice it now.

    But fun is fun.

I'm not sure I'm following you. I'm not suggesting you change the level split or PrEs, just use unarmed instead of quarterstaves (and TWF instead of THF). Acrobats get bonuses with quarterstaves, but how are you going to grab a trapeze with both hands full?
I'm still deciding which tactical feats to settle on, for now I'm favoring sunder (though Trip and Stun are both nice too). There's no way in hell, however, that I'll swap out the cleaves in the forseeable future, because hitting multiple mobs with a weapon which can enervate/stone/paralyze (etc) is friggin' glorious.

Thanks for the suggestion on Versatility, I'll take a look at it.
    Welcome!

Well, it's a change in 4 feats (3 combat style + stunning fist), and a drop in survivability due to no AoE vampiric heals. FWIW, my rogue did swap to wraps occasionally while leveling up, to break certain DR I might not have had a staff for, though it's happening less and less.

I'm sure tightrope walking would be more common than trapeze jumping, and you do that with a staff. Though, even using your example, what if the staff is actually one of the trapeze handles the acrobat ripped off in anger when enemies dropped in on the performance?

Do vampirisms work on glancing blows? I don't think I've ever checked.

Enemies won't be the only thing dropping if the acrobat rips off his or her trapeze's handle, eh?

Yes they do, one of the biggest reasons to go QStaff.

Acrobats have hig Jump and Tumble so falling don't matter :P
