Single Target Intim: I Challenge You!

Please don't change the current AOE Intimidation affect. But I would like to see impletemented a second kind of Intimidation that functions on a single target. You can use same values, etc, just hard target your desired opponent and click the Challenge.

There are times when you want everything you can grab on you and there are times when you just want one single focus. I think this fits theme-wise, think of any movie where two opposing generals/leaders would wade through the battle field to sqaure off against each other while the troops circled around like a high school fist fight was in the works.

Please make this happen.

Quite like it, however since it involves a shout it should aggro (i.e. wake up, pull to combat, not necessarily give you the aggro) everything within a wide range.

Failure to intimidate the target (esp. if a boss, maybe critical failure) might cause the rest of the mob to focus on you i.e. "You dare challenge me puny human! Kill him!".

1. Intimidate (AOE)
2. Focussed Intimidate (Single Target longer range) .. the good old Hockey night in Canada drop the gloves, you and me lets go...
(would be nice if it did a diplo effect on anything else around you except for the targetted intimidate)
