Is WF AM Necro/Conj viable for CC in epics?

Well Im making second life wizzy WF AM Necro/Conj (lvl 15 atm) and cant decide if I should stay that path or swich to Necr/ench? Cant really imagine my self CC Echrono with webs...or can I ?

Well, even if you spec in Necro/Conj you can still achieve ok DC on disco ball / mass hold (surely 40+ with good gear).

That said i don't think you need to spec too heavily in Conj, you can do with SF: Conj and reach Web SLA thus using only one feat and you can still devote at least one to SF: Ench to futher boost your spells.
Reflex saves are usually weak and easy to further debuff, if you add that it's the only school with a +3DC from item (epic diabolist) you can see how a 40DC web is already extremely efficient while a couple more points in hold/disco can be usefull imho.

I did precisely that build on my Wiz life. I didn't stay a cap very long though, so I can't give you a definitive answer about epics, but that cheap Web SLA works wonders in at least some places.
