Hirelings really really suck. (rant)

Has anybody else noticed the hireling AI is really fookered now? It was fookered before but now it’s so bad I can’t run with them at all.

Once I started to run level 8’s on elite my hirelings pretty much quit working. I have died in every single quest for the past 3 days.

They quit fighting all the time and sometimes changing them from guard to fight doesn’t work.

Unless they are in passive mode they don’t follow half the time. So now I have to constantly manipulate the hirelings as well as my spells, movement, and fighting.

Turbine knows the hirelings are shot. But it will probably take a big update/repair to fix them.

If I thought it would work, I’d ask for my money back.

I’m very frustrated at this point.

Game is no longer fun.

I’ve got the shadow guard and shadow crypt to finish then I am going to stop playing for a while.

You would think they would fix whats broken before adding more content..sheesh

Blame the whiners. There is always a thread popping up about how hirelings shouldn't be fighting but just standing back and healing.

if you had actually read what i wrote. they don't do anything including fighting which is what I want them to do
