Default Fortification, how much to aim for?

I was wondering if it makes sense, or lets say if it is good to have more than 100% fortification. Is it?

some stuff reduces your fort so having over 100 has a use, but its pretty uncommon, depends if your running around with abard with the one that gives -25%

Inspire Recklessness gives -10% Fort. But yes, more than 100% is rarely needed.

Warforged should probably aim for 125% at 18-20, as Deconstruct lowers fort by 25% and is cast quite a bit in Lord of Blades.

Of course, for WF that is just a standard 100% fort item.
    I don't have a zerging problem.

    I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.

Enemies (especially in house Cannith) are using improved sunder now, so having the extra 10-50% is definitely not a waste in there, if your fort save is low.

Wizards may also want 150% to maintain heavy fort under the influence of Essence of Cunning.
