    Default Downgrade from VIP/Early Billing?

    I get billed the 13th of the month, not the 10th or 11th. I logged in today to find I have been downgraded for lack of payment. I see that this is a reoccurring issue with Turbine. (see also "Unexpected downgrade from VIP"; and the links to the page that support recommends does not work)

    The billing system is based off a 30 day month. That means the billing date can move around a little now and then, and not necessarily be on the same date every month. You can view the next billing date at the Account Management website if you ever have any questions about it.
