Unexpected screen resolution change

On several occasions while playing the game, I have had the screen resolution unexpectedly change to the laptop resolution, 800X600 pixels. I don't know if I am inadvertently hitting some hot key sequence that changes the screen resolution or what. Has anybody else had this happen and can anybody advise how to prevent it happening in the future?

It's not DDO doing this, it's most likely a resident program for your video card such as Catalyst or something similar.

Another possibility is a program starting in the background that forces the change. Some older games don't play well with windows and force windows to change it's resolution and do not change it back when done.
