    Question Error Code: #FTx4HX3ADO2

A friend of mine tried to subscribe via my referral (http://my.ddo.com/referral/Phemt81) but when he filled all the fields he met this error string:

Your submission contained an error. Please try again. Code: #FTx4HX3ADO2

Is referral program still broken? I remember it was when i first subscribed in 2010.

Is he doing something wrong with his browser? Any idea how to fix this?

    Thanks for your attention.

oh... interesting one. Seldom do I see an error code so flavorful looking.

In your case I'd PM Cordovan to ask about the referral program, and droipamine about the code.

    Best I got.

    Thumbs up

    Fixed

If anyone will ever meet this error, the workaround is to simply use Google Chrome. Also, they are looking into this to make other browsers work.

Thanks Gharet for the fast found solution.

That is a work around, not a fix. So what were and what version were you using that had the issue?
