Wow! There are so many guilds out there... Where should I start!
Well I decided to start by introducing myself and what I am looking for in a guild, and what I have to offer. Then if any guilds fit the description they can invite me, or if any similar minded
players would like to point me in the right direction that would be cool too.
My game name is Grillbrick "Taylor". I am a lvl 8 Dwarf Cleric on the Thelanis server. I have recently come back to the game after about a year away from it. I have been playing everything from WoW
to DC Universe to league of legends, but I have come back to this game and it feels like coming home. But a lot has changed in Stormreach since I last visited, and I would like a group of players
that is willing to help me catch up with what's new, and refresh me on what I have forgotten.
I use Voice when I party because typing takes my hands from my character controls. I don't mind reading the party chat, but I find voice is generally easier to use.
In game activities I would like to accomplish:
Challenges(sound new and exciting, but I have tried and failed to accomplish one solo)
Bravery streaks - sounds impossible to do solo
I am looking for a guild that has mature players that do not mind if you are not playing the game all the time - I have a family and a job that I need to maintain. Honestly I don't understand the
rush that so many guilds get into to level up that they forget that they are there to support the players - the players are not their to support the level of the guild. Having a guild airship is a
bonus not the all encompasing purpose of a guild.
That being said I am looking for a guild where I can make long term friendships with people I can play the game with.
My usual time to play is Weekday mornings from 5am to 6:30am and Weekends from 5ish (whenever I get up) to 10ish (whenever my wife/one year old need me). I don't usually play in the evening time
because that time I spend with my family.
My priorities in life are God, Family, and Games - in that order. Any questions about the first two should be civil, and I will respond in kind
Again if any players think this sounds like a fun guild to be in please respond to this post. Maybe if we get enough people I could justify spending the money to get a charter and we can start our
own guild (even though I would rather join an established one).
