Has anyone noticed the iron defender "Schmoss" in House K? It has been standing in front of a quest for about 2 weeks straight. What's up with that?

Yeah. And there's one named Canis that immediately boxes up in the House K Crafting Hall in front of the Bank. And another one near the Airship entrance in the Harbor. They are everywhere.

Please folks, dismiss your pets before logging off or Sarah McLachlan will come to your house and sing sad songs while images of abandoned of puppies and kitties play across her ginormous forehead.

The one in the market place on top of one of the small tents had to been abandoned on purpose given the poor thing's placement.

DDO needs a SPCA chapter so we can report these negligent owners and have their puppies taken away and given to good homes.

I'd be glad to get one of those to my home and take care of it! But having no levels of arti i suppose it would be hard for a poor barbarian to take care of such a pet... Please, artificiers of the world, before making a iron defender of your own, consider adopting one of those poor abandoned cute little dogs!

I wonder if this is the result of Logging out to Delete toon, While pet was left summoned on the server? <Theory>If so, they should "Poof!" With the upcoming server reset.</Theory>

I mean, i couldn't foresee that coming in advance, and I doubt many Test-it-on-lam toons get deleted by players so..
