warforged archmage build

I think i just don't understand casters well enough.

been trying to put together a warforged evocation primary, enchantment secondary(or vice versa) archmage, and I just can't seem to get things to line up.

stats are easy, 18 con, 18 int, 14 str (32 point first life)

but that's all that is coming easily

I know i want/need these enhancements(and the feats to support/enable them):

problem is coming up with what to take in the filler spots(13AP) and organizing them for a leveling plan

goal is to have my SLAs either at the first level possible, or one level after they're first possible

can anyone turn that information into a coherent build?

wand and scroll mastery. I would take the first 3 tiers of it.
warforged con enhancements
additional racial toughness that the con enhancements open up

better heal yourself with scrolls and more hp never hurt.
