The organization of topics is not intuitive at all. Maybe Droipamine, who fights for the users, will take on this monster and tame it for us.

Not sure who thought the reorganization was needed, but it simply made things more jumbled and older threads harder to find.

The problem is that merging topics under a heading is easy. Separating them back out is a manual one-by-one process.

I think the only way that it would be cost effective (man hour wise) would be to leave everything where it is now and have new topics posted in the correct forums, once reestablished.

Confusing for older topics, but maybe we could flag iconic topics to be sorted into the correct categories for reference.

I would even hazard a guess that approved volunteers, if given the proper rights, would be happy to work on sorting the old topics into the new (old) headings, if allowed to.

I understand that the forums changed when the whole security breach happened with that OTHER MMO that shall remain nameless...

But these new forums are just NOT as well organized. I have been hoping they would be put back like they were, but that hasn't happened yet.

Please change them back. I don't know how many times we can ask this before someone hears the request of it's player base.

What ever it takes to modify the forum is a much better effort on the part of Turbine than the "Enhancement" topic so highly discussed.

They can't just change them back. It would take someone manually reassigning all the current threads into the new/old topics.

There is no undo. Just immense amounts of work to fix a poor decision to merge them in the first place.

They should have thought of that before the completely needless, senseless, and less convenient merging of the forums then :-/
