Best way to do this is group together 12 barbarians with silver flame pots. Then it will be a joke.
Btw if u want a barb able to scroll heal u might want to consider 18barb/2rog. Starting with 8 int, and using a +2 int tome i've been able to max ranks in umd and intimidate. My umd is at 39 atm (starting 6 cha, used +2 tome) and i could get even more swapping more gear. Plus u get wands/scroll enhancement I. Atm i can scroll heal myself for ~280 hp (200% heal amplification)

18brb/2rog is a very good way to get amazing UMD on a barb. I currently have a 32pt Half-Orc that is sitting at 51UMD. With a couple of buffs and pots I can no fail any scroll in game.

Back on topic, I tried to organize an all barb Shroud about a year ago. Part 4 was the wiping factor. Not by Harry, but by the trash and blades. SF pots, planar shard clickies, hjeal mass scrolls (if you can find enough) and a win should be easy.
But dont forget about the hjeal clickies from the Planar Shard turn ins.

Well IF they do the pre changes they are talking about it might be possible to get 12 human barbs with radiant servant 2/3 I would thing with all those auras going it would be a cake walk.
