Aligned/Planar Weapons

i noticed that artificers have a spell called Planar Weapons or Aligned Weapons, the scroll says aligned. now i know this is technically an infusion but it still acts like a spell. according to http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/alignWeapon.htm this is also a second level divine spell. yet it didn't get added into the divine spell list. please add this to the divine spell list.
