Shroud of the Wraith: You shroud yourself with negative energy and assume many traits of a wraith. The shroud lasts until resting, and 5 minutes cooldown. seems to me the con damage is working as intended. I've gone unarmed (wraps) on my Wizard as for me at least I have a better chance of hitting unarmed in Wraith Form against high AC mobs. When I decide to melee a little bit instead of casting my way out of a situation.
