Give rangers our pets back!

I haven't had much problems. If they bug I unsummon them and resummon and alls the better.

Of course My Arti is low level (8 or so, another one is 6) still and I solo now a days. That may have something to do with it.

My wife's arti is around the same. She also dismisses and re-summons him when it happens, but sometimes it will happen multiple times within the same quest. Several times, she's gotten irritated enough just to not bother re-summoning him. We are usually duoing quests, but I haven't seen any particular pattern that causes it. We also usually run elite quests, so even when he's not bugged, he usually dies multiple times anyway. Basically, it doesn't really contribute much other than frustration.

Wait a minute here. The dog doesn't follow directions, aggros too much and dies, stands in traps and dies, can't heal itself, whines about needing heals, and raises the general frustration level of the rest of the party. Now that I think about it, Turbine's AI behaves almost exactly like far too many players in the game.

I would like an assortment of pets for the Ranger to call on at will for the one simple purpose of pulling levers, standing on pressure plates for activation and/or activating runes, these are basically the only uses I have for my artificers companion at this point.

P.S. also note if you are having your artificers companion disappear but still have an active bar, it is because you left a quest where you left the companion a distance away under passive/do no actions, just call him to you before you leave quest!

Can't get centered, but don't really need it netting Evasion and 2 free feats.

My pet freaks out once in a while and I just fiddle the controls from passive to defend to fix it, or just pack him into his box and unpack him later.
