/death in the brawling pit

You guys said that the devs shouldn't waste times in PvP, and I agree to that, but this is just too much. And very little to change.

Make it possible to use the /death command in PvP. Simple. Why not?
Here's the scenario: I'm in the pit. One bard is in the pit. No one else around. The bard sees me, and for his own amusement he fascinates me, and walks away. He repeats this action over and over, keeping me pinned down with nothing else to do. For my own defense, I wasn't even attacking him, or showing any signes that I am going to. I just stood there and waited for my party to fill, as I always do.
/Death won't work.
/Logout won't work.
Restarting the client won't work, because it will log me in to the exact same point, even still entrhalled.
So make it possible to log out and kill yourself in the pit. Not being able to is just absurd.

Simple change and prevents further griefing in the future.
You can /death anywhere else in the game anyways.

Have you reported the Bard for griefing?
You really need to do this step first.

Fill out the report and let the GM's handle it, chances are something like this will get escalated and dealt with almost immediately.
I would hope that something is done to prevent this sort of tom-foolery in the future.

How do I report like this? The only way I know how to report is to rick click the name of the guy (When he says something offensive) and choosing report

that ? next to the turbine DDO store -> New ticket -> harassment -> Griefing
