Casters IMO aren't over powered. It's just most people that roll them that aren't good at playing them think they are gimped and delete them. Then when those people see a person that is geared and knows how to play them they say that they are OP'd just because they can't make them good. I am surprised that the player would mention hp and casters, because casters can still have really good hp.
