TR 18fvs/2monk with stunning fists

what do you think guys about a 18fvs/2monk halfelf with awesome saves, dcs and stunning fists?

i have a friend with a fighter past life who want to tr into a fvs... i suggested him to tr in something like that:

fvs18/monk2 halfelf 34 point build

STR 14 --> 22 (14+2tome+6 item+2rage-2ocean stance) --> 26 sun stance
DEX 8 --> 16 (12+2tome+6item)
CON 16 --> 26 (16+2tome+6item+2rage)
INT 8 --> 16 (8+2tome at lvl 7 for skills+6swappable item)
WIS 16 --> 36 (16+2tome+2fvs+6item+5lvl up+2exc+2stance+1halfelf) --> 38 with +3tome and +1 exc, 40 with ship
CHA 14 -->26 (14+2tome+3fvs+6item+1halfelf)

in this way are 32/34...have to decide if put something more on str or cha...

FEATS:
halfelf(1): pally dilly for +5 saves
monk(2): stunning fists, thoughness
general(7): max, empower, heighten, quicken, extended, spell pen and improved spell penetration.

i considered base equipment, i only know he has torc and gs concordant opposition that should work pretty good for this build. he could easily get epic raven sight or time sensing for exc +2 wis.

GOALS: pretty high dcs and spell penetration for implosion and bb, high survivability through evasion+awesome saves(in the range of 30-35), nice healing amplification, possibility to use stunning fists every 6 seconds with +10stunning wraps for dc=10+10+10wraps+15wis=45 fortitude dc that should work in epics.

this is not a toon for melee (no twf line...not enought space meh) but a toon who can be a good ccer through stunning fists, cometafall and greater command with pretty high dcs... divine punishment and bb for dps when needed(emp+max) and a good implosion. and obv heals!

i know a wiz past life would be perfect here but he doesnt have it yet.

the to-hit should not be a problem with 22str+divine power+recitation+fighter past life+gh+haste+epic raven sight.

could it work?we can put some more dex for better reflex saves and drop the constitution for example...

why such high dex in your build?you got all twf line but your strenght still low...and wis isn't high enought for stunning fists and decent dcs...more melee oriented i suppose. my build is not for melee, it just uses some stun to help the party and if need dps better use divine punishment or bb

I sugest a 36pt geared for this work well I have somethink like that but 18clc 2mnk build but no melle there :/ And some past lifes would realy help here especialy a wiz one . But the build seems prety nice and intresting but ask him if dont wanna wait 1 more life
