    Yet another completionist idea. Idea behind this one is an off tank (decent if not uber heal amp, solid if not uber HPs, solid AC, stacking 10 resists, big saves) /utility (very high DC stunning fist, improved sunder, max ranks UMD, MS and hide) /very high DPS (4d6+24 SA damage paired with unbalancing strike, 46 DC tods, haste boosts, human versatility, grandmaster earth). Filled in all +4 tomes for giggles, right now only have dex +4 and rest +3s saved so far.

    Capstone loss drops 2 AC, 1 tod and fist DC and 10/dr epic and unarmed damage dice step. Gains max ranks UMD and Intim. Haste boost, faster sneaking, +4 saves vs traps and 1d6+3 SA damage and of course access to open lock.

    Swapped from all level ups to wis to 1 lev up to wis 4 to str to shore up to-hit as it looks a bit weak with this gearset. Raven's sight is junked in favor of litany, and obviously no space for +4 cannith crafted. Utilizing the ol shintao set + 3 fighter PLs and allocating 4 more to str and having improved sunder should keep me in the hunt though. Also swapped grandmaster water for grandmaster earth for more consistent aggro management/quicker DPS cycles after aggro resets in LoB.

    For tanking would equip DT w/ 10/20% heal amp & dodge +3/E.mabar cloak/E.time sensing goggles
    for DPS/general use would swap to E.frozen tunic/E.cape of roc/Tharnes
    for Intim tanking would swap GS HP helm + mabar cloak for GS HP cloak and +6 seeker/+15 intim pirate hat.

    HP: 382 base + 20 toughness + 45 GS + 60 con item + 40 exc con items +10 argo favor + 30 GFL +20 ship con = 607 +40 earth stance = 647

    Threat gen: 30% e.claw + 70% grandmaster earth stance.

    Damage: 2d14 + 14 str + 6 wrap +2 shintao + 4 claw + 2 ship buff + 5 PA +1 litany = 2d14 +34
    SA damage: 1d6 rogue lev+ 3d6 ninja spy II + 3 rogue enh + 8 tharnes + 3 rogue PLs + 10 rogue active PL = 4d6+24 but had to drop unbalancing strike when I decided to drop water stance.
    Added effects: holy burst, lighting burst, acid burst, lightning strike, double strike 13%, flame strike, Ki strikes inc tod and fire/dark/fire, someday 3rd tier alch effects.

    To-hit: 20 BAB + 2 shintao + 3 fight PLs + 6 wrap - 5 PA + 12 str + 2 ship + 4 GH +1 litany = 45 + 8 flanking + 5 rogue PL clickie. (+6 when madstoned/+7 when double madstoned)

    Damage mitigation: 5/dr good, 25% incorp, 79 self buffed AC, 20% phys DR, extremely high saves + imp evasion

    Wis: 24 base + 6 item + 3 exc +2 ship +4 water +1 litany = 40
    Str: 26 + 6 item + 3 exc + 2 ship +1 litany = 38 (when using cape of roc)
    Con: 22 + 6 item + 3 exc + 2 ship +1 litany = 34
    Cha: 14 + 6 item +1 exc + 2 ship +1 litany = 24
    Dex: 22 + 6 item + 1 exc + 2 ship +2 alch wraps +1 litany = 34 (32 earth/38 air)

    Move silent: 16 ranks, +1 rogue PL +12 dex mod +2 completionist +15 e.dustless +4 ninja spy +4 GH = 52 standing slightly buffed (GH/ship dex shrine only) 62 w/ rogue PL clickie (hide has 14 ranks but otherwise same breakdown)
    UMD: 23 ranks +1 rogue PL + 7 cha mod + 2 completionist + 6 GS cha skills item + 4 GH + 1 arti PLs +3 belt = 47 = bingo. pretty sure arti PL x3 is overkill for this build
    Intim: 23 ranks + 1 rogue PL + 7 cha mod + 2 completionist + 6 GS cha skills item + 4 GH + 5 gloves + 15 pirate hat + 1 fighter enh +1 house P ship buff = 65 intim. Bard song, human adaptability boost, yugo pot.

    Heal amp: 1*(gear 1.716)*1.2monk enh*1.2 human *1.1ship*1.156 paladin pl's=314.2% heal amp (using DT tanking armor)

    AC: 10 base + 11 dex mod (earth) + 5 deflection + 4 natural + 4 nat earth + 16 wis mod (using yugo for nat AC + wis) + 3 monk AC +1 dodge feat + 3 dodge AC + 2 dodge AC + 1 alch armor + 6 armor + 4 shield wand + 4 ship buffs +4 insight wraps = 74 (using DT tanking armor) 1 less if in air stance.
    Buffs not included:
    +2 recitation
    +1 barkskin from 12+ ranger
    +1 arti enchant armor
    +4 bardsong
    +5 paladin aura
    +2 defensive stance
    +2 blocking
    +1 dex yugo pot = 92 earth/91 air

    Stunning fist DC: 20 base + 16 wis mod + 3 fighter PLs + 10 wraps + 5 belt = 54 = 52 in earth (added to fact it has dark -2 saves debuff AND -3 sunder debuff thats VERY VERY high effective DC if facing a peticularly uber epic target like e.lob paladins)
    Tod DC: 10 base + 20 level + 16 wis mod = 46 = 44 in earth which should be good enough for most all trash.

    This build has higher AC even when the earth stance version has CE on (crazy) and only about 10 less hp (due to gear changes). way less threat, and ofc it lacks the 20% DR. Gains a considerable amount of ToD and fist DCs over the earth stance but losses +6 damage and the x3 crits (compared to water stance in tank mode, obviously in air stance mode the water/air stance version will really crank out the DPS)

    The earth stance version I went for intim, and had to adjust gear layout to accommodate that, but loses MS/hide/OL and good UMD score. Also lacks the haste boost.

    The earth stance gear set also lend itself to a much higher to-hit at the sacrifice of all SA boosts (figured the earth stance version would never really be flanking anywho)

    for pewpz N giggles. Was asked tonight what was the highest stunning fist DC possible. Figured this build was the closest baseline to build from.

    Here it goes:
    Things this build lacks 18 start wis (+3 wis), +2 wis monk capstone, +3 dwarven tactics, +2 exc wis on tod ring (ick), +2 alch wis -1 human adap wis = +8 wis
    build has even wis w/ +4 wis tome. So effective DC bump would be 4. 54+4+3 dwarven tactics = 61 stunning fist DC. so 61 DC for a pure monk.

    12 fighter kensei w/ 8 monk levels: 2 kensei, 4 fighter enh, 3 dwarven tactics -2 lack of monk capstone, -1 monk wis enh, -2 water stance wis, -1 human adap wis (36 tot wis). =64 stunning fist DC

    Am i missing anything?

    Folks seem to weigh that if any tanking duty is wanted with this toon water stance just will not cut it in more challenging content and earth is the way to go. Here is what I drew up so-far with that in mind:

    Here is a version that drops the water stance angle and goes for earth instead. Had to keep adept of water to qualify for unbalancing strike. This put me 2ap short of the orig build. Sacrificed last tier of monk wisdom, compensated for the odd wis loss by swapping 1 wis level up to a con. this put con odd (ofc, jeebuz isnt anything in DDO char planning simple) this instigated a whole freaking gear swap to:

    Wis: 24 base + 6 item + 3 exc +2 ship +1 litany = 36 (down 6 from OP yeouch)
    Str: 26 + 6 item + 1 exc + 2 ship +3 e.chrono = 38 (up 4 from prev setup, so mitigates +4 damage loss w/ +2 hit/dam)
    Con: 23 + 7 item + 1 exc + 2 ship +1 litany = 34 (38 earth/32 air) even w/ OP stance withstanding
    Cha: 14 + 6 item +1 exc + 2 ship +1 litany = 24
    Dex: 22 + 6 item + 1 exc + 2 ship +2 alch wraps +1 litany = 34 (38 air/32 earth) even w/ OP stance withstanding

    Loses 30% heal amp and threat gen from claw set. Heal amp stings big ofc offset by build's stacking DR and the threat gen is trumped by earth stances hate gen (making aggro management when not tanking less of an issue).
    The +2 exc con from bracer is ofset by +1 con from cloak and adjusted stats. The +4 damage and flame/frost from armor is swapped for +2 hit/dam and greater shocking blow.

    AC: 10 base + 12 dex mod + 5 deflection + 4 natural (wis yugo) +3 abashi + 3 earth + 14 wis mod (using yugo for nat AC + wis) + 3 monk AC +1 dodge feat + 3 dodge AC + 1 alch armor + 8 armor + 4 shield wand + 4 ship buffs +4 insight wraps = 79. So down 1 AC from OP

    Stunning fist DC: 20 base + 13 wis mod + 3 fighter PLs + 10 wraps + 5 belt = 51
    Tod DC: 10 base + 20 level + 13 wis mod = 43 so drop in 3 stun/tod DCs compared to OP setup.

    Hard to easily reflect all the changes listed. but here I go:

    Default A shintao version

    So shintao brings some intim bumps as well as synergies with heal curse and a big heal amp build. I decided to completely max heal amps which cost so much AP that I was only able to max earth stance, making the build sort of a one trick pony, which is kinda of a bummer, but the tankability should be very good even without shadow fade

    If you're going to be a 1 trick pony anyway then why not do it properly and make it a Stalwart Defender I build? With your current goals and setup you'll gain a lot more than what you lose.

    Gear wise I'd drop the Acid Burst ring and put +2 exceptional con there instead for more HP which you need if you plan to tank.

    Decided to drop air and pick up earth to expand his tanking capability a bit, but it still wouldn't be his main focus. Updated gear layout and swap options a bit. Toon is on last life (bard) before completionist. Going to go completionist rog > pal (finishing those 3 stacks) then thinking ranger > ranger > end on monk (but probably will have to slide druid in there somewhere to unlock completionist again)
