priorities on characters

So after a recent break and missing all of the fun fill exploit updates and artificers I came back only to realize I have way to many characters

What I need advice on is which characters to level up first
My character and goals
Kiegod 20 paladin (right now farm bot, but want to eventually TR him into favored lob)
Godkie 10 wizard (previous life was fvs and I want to TR soon after hitting 20 to get wiz past life )
Kieguar 9 barb 2 fighter (1st life monk / 2nd life barb now I want to get to 20 to farm out the rest of my gear then TR again to pick up paladin past life and fighter then decide what to do from there)
Robokie 14 wizard (no intentions to TR anytime soon, just farm bot and nothing else)
Mechkie 8 artificer (made this right after coming back no intentions of TRing)
Kieguer 3 monk (previous life was monk kind of on side burner )

I'm not sure who I should cap or who I should start really giving most resources and gear too, the most gear out are the top 3 though with multiple epic items, completed DT, litany extra and then the other 3 are just meh gear out with lowbie items but my artificer can craft somewhat

I'd cap out your wizard, and use him to farm epic scrolls. That'll make your gear-getting for other toons much easier.

So cap wizard, start grinding scrolls, when I get bored of that / get on timer, level up my other characters

In others words, grind until you get bored then grind some more
