Price Check greater essences / large augment robe

I used to be able to buy greater good, etc. essences with a little patience on the AH for like 500 each, 1000 if i had not patience. now they are ridiculous - 100 for 499k ?

Anyone know why the upshot? Since I made my crafting toon before artificer, i'm stuck at level 54 across the board, mainly because the ingredient cost is going up. I don't actually have 499k on any one toon, so... any thoughts? am i better off on boards or in trade channel?

While we're at it, i scored a large augement slot robe - any idea what those are worth? saw one on AH for 200k to 400k while medium buyout was 40k.

What is the going rate on ghallanda for:
greater essences? are ppl seeing lower prices in trade than on AH of 2k to 5k each?

What is a decent price in peoples opinion for large augment slot robe?

If you hang around Market or House K Crafting Hall and watch the /trade channel you will see people spamming to buy at 300-600pp each for the Greater Essence. I personally sell mine for 300-400pp each, weekly. Avoid the AH unless you absolutely can afford the ridiculous prices.
