Vale rares not dropping ingredients

Last night hit one rare (Kwaeshon). Chest had Lily Petals.

At last, as my 47th chest, I got a Lily Petal.

Crazy.

I am starting to think that there was some change in the Rares' chests in the Vale of Twilight.

Between 2 of my characters, it's now 43 (yes FORTYTHREE) chests IN A ROW I open without finding any ingredients.

Did they change the drop rate drastically to something like 1%?

Because I recall with my other characters months ago getting like, 1 ing out of 3 chests approximately.

Thanks, it's gonna from "unlucky" to "incredibly unlucky" to "***!?" to "ok there's some bug about it".

Try running the vale on hard or elite instead of casual and... no... no I can't say it with a straight face.

I noticed on my last 2 Vale runs the rares dropped less.

A buddy who was levelling noticed it after I mentioned it.

Also the only item we found while clearing all rares a couple times was a couple petals.
